Your first steps in Reborn

Discover how Exoria builds on retro Tibia, prepare for your first hunt and find Masteries and Bestiary in the client.

Reborn rules reference · Reviewed 18 October 2026

A retro world with more to discover

Exoria74-Reborn builds on the Tibia 7.4 experience: choosing a vocation, learning hunting grounds, managing supplies and exploring with other players. Your first steps are still about getting to know your character and the world around you. Start with a manageable hunt, learn the journey back to town and make each trip count.

The server adds more ways to develop that adventure. Masteries let you shape your character as you level. Bestiary milestones give familiar creatures a longer-term purpose. Equipment attributes and upgrades add choices to your loot, while fishing and cooking give useful resources a place between hunts. Custom islands, dungeons and arena trials extend the journey when you are ready to explore further.

What Exoria adds to your everyday hunts

  • Character progression: earn mastery points as you gain levels and choose where to invest them. Knights use a shared Melee Fighting skill for swords, axes and clubs.
  • Creature discoveries: the Bestiary brings together creature progress and collection bonuses, giving you reasons to revisit hunting grounds and try different monsters.
  • Equipment choices: inspect item attributes as well as basic attack and defense. Rarity, tier and upgrade level are different parts of equipment progression.
  • Hunts with a goal: tasks add a target to your next trip. Accept a task before hunting so you know which creatures and kill count you are working toward.
  • Time outside combat: fishing and cooking provide another way to develop your character and prepare supplies.

Exoria is a PvP world. Base experience starts at 8× for levels 1–20 and gradually falls to 1× at level 81. Skill progression is 2×, with 1× magic progression and loot. See the server settings and experience stages for the full breakdown.

Create your character

  1. Create an account and create your character through the account page. Keep your account number and recovery details safe.
  2. Install the client from the downloads page so you have the matching map assets and custom features.
  3. Choose your vocation: Knight for melee combat, Paladin for distance combat, Sorcerer for offensive magic or Druid for healing support.
  4. Prepare for your first hunt with food, healing, a rope and a shovel, plus ammunition or runes as appropriate. Keep room for loot and enough supplies for the return trip.

Find your way around the client

The custom systems are grouped inside existing client windows. Start with these two routes:

  • Masteries: click Character Attributes to open the Skills window, then find Masteries inside it. Preview your allocations with the plus buttons and use Lock In to commit. Soft Reset clears an uncommitted preview.
  • Bestiary: open Track & Tools, then select Bestiary. Use it to follow creature progress; Collection Bonus shows your collection totals.

For tasks and dungeons, speak to Grizzly Adams: say hi, then task or dungeon. Start with tasks if you want a goal for an ordinary hunt. Dungeon requirements are explained in the dedicated guide.

Your first few hunts

Choose creatures you can handle comfortably and get familiar with your vocation before chasing harder content. Watch your supplies and capacity, return to town to restock and inspect the equipment you bring back. If you take a task, check its target and selected kill count before leaving.

As you gain levels, revisit Masteries in the Skills window. Check the Bestiary after trying new hunting grounds, and use the world map to plan where to explore next. You can learn these systems gradually while playing the familiar hunt, loot and progression loop.

Explore the new content when you are ready

Beyond those first hunts, Exoria expands the world with custom locations such as Cylria, Agniter and Fromir, hidden hunting grounds and new challenges for groups. Choose the part of the world that interests you, then read its guide for access requirements and rewards.

Before attempting a difficult encounter, check its level requirements, entry cost, cooldown and party rules. Access to a challenge does not mean your character is ready to complete it alone.
